Looks like the military is creating some nice, new technology. Non-lethal weaponry, to be exact, but highly effective. Click the link to the video page below, and you can get the 411 on the “Active Denial System” a ray gun that does not kill, but raises the body temperature on large groups of people to about 130 degrees Fahrenheit. They presume this sort of technology will be good for crowd control when it comes to riots.
